Role: Technology Lead – Java Frameworks and Specifications , Spring, Strut (Interview on 19th August)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Hartford, CT

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE Technology and Frameworks
• At least 4+ years of experience with Java/J2EE technologies
• At least 4 years of working experience on different J2EE frameworks like Struts, Spring MVC, etc.
• At least 4 years of experience in development tools like Eclipse, WebSphere application server, etc.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills to identify root cause and come up with solutions/alternatives
• Experience in HealthCare domain
• Hands on experience on Web Services – SOAP and/or RESTful
• Experience in any of the Database, writing queries/procedures like DB2/Oracle/SQL Server, etc.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
