Role: Technology Lead - DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Tools Migration and consolidation
Duration: Full Time
Location: San Francisco, CA/Charlotte, NC/Phoenix, AZ

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information technology

Preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Design and implementation of Tools Migration and consolidation, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Tools administration using one or more of the tools/technologies (but not limited to) in each of the below areas –
• Project Management & Tracking – JIRA, Rally
• Code Management System - SVN, Git, Stash
• Continuous Integration & Build - Jenkins, Maven, Anthill Pro, Nexus, uBuild, Ant
• Repository - Nexus, Pro, Artifactory, Archiva
• Code Quality & Productivity - SonarQube, Crucible, Checkstyle, JUnit, Coverity, Crucible
• Test Management – HP ALM, HP QC
• Test Automation – HP QTP, Selenium, JMeter, SOAPUI
• Performance Monitoring - Splunk
• Continuous Deployment - Puppet, uDeploy, Liquibase, LARA, Docket
• Team Collaboration - Confluence
• Scripting - Shell scripting, Power Shell
• Operating System - Linux OS, Unix OS
• Integrated Development Environment – Eclipse
• End to end Deployment on Webservers, Appservers - Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss
• At least 2 years of experience in workflows, data migrations, especially from SVN to Github Artifactory to NexusPro, etc
• At least 2 years of experience in Administration, Configuration, Performance Tune up and set up of Project Management & Tracking, Source Code Management, Build ,Deployment, Repository, Code Quality & Productivity and Test Management Tools
• At least 2 years of experience in Architecture, Design, Development and Implementation of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), DevOps. Agile Project Tracking tools, Source Code Management, Test Management, Configuration Management, Build, Deployment and Test Automation Tools at Enterprise level
• At least 2 years of experience in performing AS-IS Analysis of the SDLC processes, Identifying Gaps, Estimation and defining the roadmap to implement the DevOps solution
• At least 4 years of experience in software Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects using Java, J2EE technologies
• At least 1 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Experience in migration of Software Development Life cycle tools from current to futuritics tool stack
• Experience in writing scripts to build and deploy to server side environments and to automate logging of build
• Experience in managing the release processes, application health check analysis, keeping track of production metrics
• Experience and ability to drive an independent project/module from an execution stand point
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Good Troubleshooting, Analytical, Communication and Client Interfacing skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
