About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technology Engineer – DevOps IaaS to lead automation, infrastructure transformation, and DevOps implementation for enterprise cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins, and must have successfully executed at least two cloud migration projects from on-prem to public cloud (Azure/AWS/OCI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cloud transformation and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Lead migrations of on-premise workloads to public cloud platforms.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and adopt GITOPS for configuration management.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, database pipelines, and application deployments.
• Build and secure scalable, high-availability cloud environments.
• Support integration with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Collaborate with teams to manage APIs, certificates, SSL, DNS, and vault tools (CyberArk/HashiCorp).
• Ensure compliance with OS standards and implement security best practices.
• Work in Agile/hybrid delivery models with strong stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Essential)
• Red Hat Certified Architect / Azure / AWS / OCI Certifications (Essential)

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles (Essential)
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins (Essential)
• Strong scripting in Groovy, Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Experience with GITOPS, CI/CD, and public cloud comparison
• Solid understanding of infrastructure (SSL, DNS, Active Directory, Load Balancers)
• Hands-on experience with container platforms and artifact repositories
• Exposure to ELK stack, database automation, and CIS compliance policies (Preferred)

Behavioural Competencies:

• Strategic and analytical thinker with R&D mindset
• Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation)
• Familiarity with Agile practices and project methodologies
