Technology Delivery Lead (Compliance) - Vice President

Who we are looking for: Hands on Technology delivery lead to strategize, build and deliver complex product solutions in Financial compliance unit.

What you will be responsible for:

• Technical Delivery Management: Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable technology solutions,
• Lead efforts on Data analysis, data modeling and Cloud migration
• Work with development teams, business stakeholders and continuously focus on the product enhancements
• Manage teams based out of India consisting Employees and Consultants
• Think AI First solutions
• Manage medium to large size of teams in the region

Experience:

At least 18+ years proven experience in software delivery, specifically within banking or financial services (BFSI) focusing on Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions programs.

Soft Skills:

• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical issues to C-suite/VP stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead offshore/onshore teams. Consulting mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Mandatory skills / experience:

Technical Expertise:

• Databricks/Spark: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Spark, PySpark, Scala, and Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
• Cloud (AWS): Proficiency in AWS services (S3, EMR, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, IAM).
• Languages: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python.
• DevOps: Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform).

Mode of work: Hybrid – expected to work 4 days work from office
