Role Description:

From day one, you will work directly with development banks, helping them modernize their core processes by implementing SAP Fioneer’s own industry‑leading banking solutions. In this role, you apply your expertise in digital transformation, integration, and banking‑specific requirements to ensure our software is seamlessly deployed into the existing system landscapes of our clients. You will contribute to the end‑to‑end implementation, enhancement, and long‑term evolution of our platform modules tailored specifically for development banking.

Working alongside an experienced and highly collaborative team, you will play a key role in enabling development banks to operate more efficiently, scale effectively, and deliver on their public mandate through modern, future‑ready technology.

You will be working alongside some of the brightest and most visionary professionals in the industry. Winning as a team is ingrained in SAP Fioneer's DNA.

Requirements:
• Bachelor/Masters Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects, experience within Financial Services is a plus
• SAP expertise is not mandatory
• Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer
• Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, with positive interactions with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
