Job Description
• Understanding requirement and providing solution with minimal customization.
• Preparing technical design documents and project migration document.
• Reviewing unit test case and perform unit testing.
• Overcome any hurdles during development of PeopleSoft Component Interface web service and Application package based web service.
• Interacting with all stakeholders in all phase of project.
• Make available all Business process in PeopleSoft through Web services to any 3rd party application.
• Provide solution for cloud based PeopleSoft application.
• Provide PeopleSoft functionality in Mobile handset for thin client based solution.
• Co-ordinate between Onsite-Offshore Teams for project deliverables.
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Computer Science, or a related degree.
• A minimum of 10 years of IT experience,
• Delivery of medium to large scale implementation PeopleSoft project. Medium to large scale can be defined in terms of clients having more than 20000 employees, complexities due to integration of application to various 3rd party applications.
• A minimum 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Technologies viz. in:• Integration Technologies
• Web Service- Component Interface & non-component interface.
• Integration over HTTP or JMS technology.
• Development experience majorly in creation of Custom Component, Component Interfaces, Application Packages etc.
• PeopleSoft Query development and PeopleSoft security management.
• Experience with reporting tools like XMLP, Crystal reports, Application engine.
• Performance tuning of application, database query.
• A minimum experience of 2 PeopleSoft implementation project. The candidate should be involved in complete SDLC life cycle starting from requirement gatherings till production support.
• Experience in development of PeopleSoft based Product like integrating with Mobile Based Application or 3rd party HR Portal using Web Services.
• Development of PL/SQL query, complex views.
• Experience in cloud based implementation project in managed service model is desirable, which involves end-to-end responsibility of infrastructure hosting and support, application implementation and support, operations support and vendor management.
• Experience with design, build, testing and production support activities.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working with geographically distributed teams positioned across global time zones.
