Role: Technology Architect – Selenium Automation, 6-7 YRS Experience, Testing
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Houston, TX

Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• At least 7 years of experience in writing Test Strategy encompassing all Test Phases for multiple projects across various delivery models – Agile, Waterfall
• At least 5 years of experience in BDD - Hands on and implementing BDD across projects ( Specflow, Ruby etc) including creation of the automation frameworks.
• At least 5 years of experience in driving End to End Test Management in a multi-vendor environment.
• At least 7 years of experience with one or various automation tools – Specflow, GHTester, VSTS, QTP
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a complex testing project in agile delivery model.
• At least 3 years of experience working in TMMi framework
• Experience in managing multiple teams spanning across design, development, architecture, business users and client QA managers
• Experience in developing presentations for prospects – Capability as well as focused solution
• Experience in reviewing projects and provide recommendation on testing – process, tools, environments
• ISTQB certified or ISEB Qualified with strong QA and Industry knowledge
• Experience of working in Energy Trading
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Communication and Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
