Job Title : Technology Architect – Genesys platform

Location : Sunnyvale, CA

Duration : Full time/Permanent

Qualifications Basic:

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred:

• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.

• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams

• At least 6 years of strong expertise in Genesys Framework eServices (email & chat), Expertise in routing strategies.Trouble shooting issues in Genesys environment, experience in backend integrations using SDK services. Fair knowledge on Genesys IWD experience. Good in client communication both verbal and inter personal.

• At least 7 years of experience with contact center domain

• At least 7 years of experience in software development life cycle.

• At least 7 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• At least 5 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
