Manager – Implementation (HighRadius)

Riveron is looking for a Manager – HighRadius Technical Implementation to lead enterprise-grade SaaS projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional with 6–10 years in SaaS implementation, functional consulting, or techno-functional roles. You have deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Credit & Collections, Cash Application, and Payment Portal, and you excel at translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You thrive in leadership roles, demonstrate strong ownership, and have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects while managing multiple stakeholders across technical, product, and client teams.

Your strengths include:

• Strong understanding of O2C processes and ability to create visual process flow diagrams.

• Hands-on experience with SaaS configuration and technical implementation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong project management capabilities to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations.

• Preferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP).

• Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Implementation Manager at Riveron, you will:

• Lead and manage full-cycle implementation projects for HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across global clients.

• Define and own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customers and ensure successful outcomes.

• Drive delivery across all phases: Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

• Understand client business processes deeply and map them to product functionalities to design scalable solutions.

• Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration as needed.

• Oversee technical configuration of functional modules and facilitate technical testing and training programs.

• Perform root cause analysis for service request failures, outages, and performance issues; implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain project governance through issue logs, risk management, timelines, and status reporting.

• Collaborate with functional leads, technical teams, QA, and product management to ensure timely and successful implementations.

• Provide guidance on technology and project approaches aligned with best practices and corporate standards.
