Job Description

Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst / Einkauf Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Fachbereichen und Lieferanten
• Du erstellst mit den Hersteller-Tools die passenden Konfigurationen für die Anforderungen und generierst daraus eine maßgeschneiderte Kalkulation sowie ein Angebot für unsere Kunden
• Du verfolgst Deine Angebote nach und übernimmst die ganzheitliche Abwicklung der Aufträge mit dem entsprechenden Projekt-Reporting
• Die Vertragsverwaltung für Subscriptions sowie die Überwachung von Fristen hast Du ständig im Blick
• Die Durchführung des monatlichen Rechnungslaufes ist ein fester Termin in Deinem Kalender
• Dein Ziel ist die Optimierung und die Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
• Die Übernahme von administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben des Daily Business erledigst Du souverän

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann oder ähnliches
• Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst im IT-Infrastrukturumfeld
• Technische Affinität vor allem im Server und Netzwerkbereich sowie sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
• Verhandlungskompetenz
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-On-Mentalität
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Spaß an Teamwork wie auch am selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
