Sie arbeiten in einem produktnahen Team am Standort Bonn und analysieren komplexe fachliche und technische Fragestellungen rund um GIS‑Systeme und ‑Anwendungen.

Dabei stehen reale Kundenumgebungen, deren Nutzung und Systemverhalten im Mittelpunkt. Ihre Analyseergebnisse bringen Sie strukturiert in den Austausch mit Kunden sowie mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung ein.

Die Aufgaben der Stelle

Analyse technischer und fachlicher Problemstellungen

• Analysieren von GIS‑Anwendungen, Datenbestände, Konfigurationen und Systemverhalten

• Nachvollziehen realer Kundenumgebungen und Nutzungsszenarien

• Systematisches Eingrenzen von Ursachen durch logische Analyse und Prüfen von Annahmen

Erarbeiten und Bewerten von Lösungsansätzen

• Ableiten nachvollziehbarer Lösungsansätze auf Basis der Analyseergebnisse

• Validieren von Lösungswegen anhand von Testfällen, Datenanalysen oder Systemvergleichen

• Einschätzen technischer Auswirkungen von vorgeschlagenen Lösungen auf Betrieb, Daten und Prozesse

Austausch mit Kunden und internen Teams

• Strukturierte Aufbereitung von Analyseergebnissen für Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und Betrieb

• Fachlicher Austausch mit Kunden zu anspruchsvollen Einsatz‑ und Nutzungsszenarien der Software (ohne Projekt‑ oder Beratungsrolle)
