Deine Rolle

Als Technische Sachbearbeitung (all genders) bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für die effiziente und wirtschaftliche Organisation aller infrastrukturellen und kaufmännischen Prozesse an unserem modernen Produktionsstandort in Barleben. Du unterstützt das Team aktiv in administrativen, organisatorischen und controlling-relevanten Aufgaben und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, hohe Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Einholen, Prüfen und Vergleichen von Angeboten; Bestellabwicklung und Wareneingangskontrolle.

• Budgetüberwachung, Kostencontrolling und Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberichten.

• Analyse von KPIs und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.

• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, Audits und Mängelnachverfolgung.

• Organisation von Schulungen, Pflege von Dokumentationen und Koordination von Einsatzplänen.

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekauffrau/-mann, Bürokauffrau/-mann) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Facility Management oder Einkauf.

• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen oder kaufmännischen Position, vorzugsweise in einem Produktions- oder Logistikumfeld.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und/oder Google-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel/Sheets für Controlling und Analysen) sowie Erfahrung mit Oracle oder FM-Software (z.B. CCRM).

• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung im Umgang mit internen und externen Partnern.
