Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Großraum Stuttgart suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die technische Objektverantwortung.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs der technischen Anlagen
• Überwachung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Prüfungen sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
• Steuerung und Kontrolle der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) über GLT-Systeme sowie vor Ort
• Planung und Koordination von Personaleinsätzen
• Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung eines nachhaltigen Betriebskonzepts
• Steuerung externer Dienstleister inkl. Qualitäts- und Leistungsüberwachung
• Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des technischen Teams

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Objekt- oder Betriebsleitung
• Gute Kenntnisse in der gewerkeübergreifenden Gebäudetechnik
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft
• Führungserfahrung sowie Organisationsstärke
