• Du übernimmst die technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden- und Servicetechniker via Telefon sowie die Beratung bei der Benutzung der Hardware und der Betriebssoftware von Endgeräten.
• Du stellst die Remote-Dienstleistungen für die Störungsanalyse und Störungsbeseitigung von Bosch Einbruch- und Brandmeldeanlagen sicher.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Remote Aktivierung und Konfiguration von Bosch Meldesystemen.
• Du unterstützt die Servicetechniker vor Ort bei der Inbetriebnahme und Störungen per Remote.

• Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässig, teamfähig, belastbar, Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig und verantwortungsvoll
• Erfahrung und Know-How: Kenntnisse in IT-Basiswissen oder in IT-Netzwerken, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb 24/7
• Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

1. Die Möglichkeit aus dem Home-Office zu arbeiten besteht nicht. Daher ist als Wohnort Berlin und Umgebung bzw. eine Umzugsbereitschaft in die genannten Regionen vorausgesetzt.

2. Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachlichem Niveau sind für diese Tätigkeit Voraussetzung.
