Vos principales missions :

Assurer la supervision et le suivi des incidents en respectant la norme ITIL :

• Prise d’appels (niveau 0)

• Résolution d’incidents simples (niveau 1)

• Résolution d’incident complexes (niveau 2)

• Assurer les Astreintes pour un support en 7/7 24/24

Renouvellement :

• PC / Serveurs / Applicatifs

• Tablettes / Smartphones

Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle :

• Assurer les mises à jour

• Garantir le bon fonctionnement

• Mettre en place et maintenir la documentation

Projets :

Participer aux projets SI

L'environnement : 1000 PC / tablettes / smartphones ; 55 Sites interconnectés ; LAN/WAN, M365, TOIP ; WIFI ; Supervision; Cyber Sécurité (EDR, Firewall etc..), Serveurs On Premise et Cloud

Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques (Linux, Windows, IBMi)

Connaissance des réseaux (communication, câblage, protocoles)

Connaissance de l’installation, la configuration, le dépannage informatique

Connaissance en programmation (Batch, bash, Powershell, Graph, API
