Veuillez noter que ce poste est pour un shift de nuit 23h - 7h30 (dimanche - jeudi)

Vos responsabilités:

Réaliser les essais des groupes frigorifiques (chillers) conformément aux protocoles et scripts d’essais établis par l’ingénierie (température d’eau, pression, compresseur, ventilateurs, pompes, etc.).

Garantir le strict respect des normes et procédures de santé et sécurité en vigueur.

Rédiger des rapports d’essais précis et détaillés sur une base quotidienne.

Préparer les unités pour les essais : assembler, configurer et exploiter le banc d’essai selon les exigences techniques.

Vérifier la conformité et la bonne installation de l’instrumentation ainsi que des différents composants.

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements lorsque l’unité n’atteint pas les conditions de performance requises, en utilisant des outils électriques, CVC (HVAC) et mécaniques.

Assurer l’entretien régulier des équipements d’essai et maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire

Profil recherché

DEP en réfrigération ou en électricité, avec expérience 1+ pertinente dans un environnement industriel

Excellente connaissance des systèmes de réfrigération (chillers) et de leurs composantes.

Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome avec rigueur et sens des responsabilités.

Aptitude à lire, interpréter et analyser des plans et schémas mécaniques et électriques.

Bonnes habiletés de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais.

Capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités et à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

Esprit analytique développé, sens logique et jugement professionnel avisé.

Please note that this position is for a night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Sunday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

Execute performance and validation testing of chiller units in accordance with established engineering test procedures (water temperature, pressure, compressors, fans, pumps, etc.).

Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and company protocols.

Accurately document and report daily test results.

Prepare units for testing by assembling, configuring, and operating the test bench to meet technical specifications.

Verify proper installation and calibration of instrumentation and system components.

Troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues using electrical, HVAC, and mechanical tools when units do not meet required operating conditions.

Maintain testing equipment and uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Refrigeration or Electrical Technology, with at least 1 year of relevant industrial experience.

Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems (chillers) and associated components.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to work independently with accountability and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Excellent analytical skills, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
