LE RÔLE

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un.e candidat.e autonome et débrouillard.e pour se joindre à notre équipe de Production nord-américaine en tant que Technicien.ne aux Opérations, basé à notre bureau chef de Montréal. Le.la candidat.e relèvera du Superviseur, Production et Entrepôt, et veillera à la production journalière de vélos et à la facturation des commandes avant l’expédition chez nos partenaires. De plus, le.la Technicien.ne aux Opérations assistera l'équipe dans diverses tâches au sein de l'entrepôt, contribuant ainsi au bon déroulement et à l'efficacité de la production.

 

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Valider et assurer la production journalière.

Participer à la résolution de problèmes liés à la production avec les intervenants des autres départements.

Effectuer la facturation des commandes dans le système ERP.

Optimiser la localisation de l’inventaire dans l’entrepôt.

Effectuer le rangement ordonné de l’inventaire suivant la réception.

Agir comme ressource secondaire à la réception et la vérification de l’inventaire.

Contribuer à maintenir la propreté et l'ordre dans l'entrepôt et les espaces de travail.

Participer au décompte trimestriel de l’inventaire.

Respecter les consignes de santé et de sécurité et contribuer à la prévention.

Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à l'entrepôt à la demande du superviseur.

EXIGENCES 

DEC Techniques d'administration et de gestion ou formation similaire.

2 ans d’expérience dans un poste ayant des fonctions similaires.

Expérience avec le ERP Microsoft Business Central (anciennement NAV), un atout.

Bonne connaissance de la suite Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel principalement).

Bilinguisme: français et anglais requis, à l’oral et à l’écrit afin de communiquer avec les collègues à l’international, les partenaires, et les détaillants au Canada anglais et aux États-Unis.

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an autonomous and resourceful candidate to join our North American Production team as an Operations Technician, based at our Montreal headquarters. The candidate will report to the Production and Warehouse Supervisor and will oversee daily bicycle production and order invoicing prior to shipment to our retail partners. In addition, the Operations Technician will assist the team with various tasks within the warehouse, thereby contributing to the smooth operation and efficiency of production.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Validate and oversee daily production.

Collaborate with staff from other departments to resolve production-related issues.

Process order invoicing in the ERP system.

Optimize inventory placement in the warehouse.

Put away inventory upon receipt.

Serve as a backup for inventory reception and verification.

Participate in keeping the warehouse and assembly workspace clean and orderly.

Participate in quarterly inventory count.

Respect the health and safety guidelines and contribute to prevention.

Perform other warehouse related tasks per Supervisor’s request.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Post secondary education in Administration (Technical DEC) or similar field.

2 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities.

Experience with Microsoft Business Central (formerly NAV) is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Teams, and Excel).

Bilingualism: Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with international colleagues, partners, and retailers across North America.
