• On‑site technical presence at a nuclear facility

• Supervision of condenser, industrial boiler, and heat‑exchanger assembly activities

• Technical interface between the client and subcontractors

• Acting as the client’s eyes and ears on the construction site

• Verification of compliance of completed work

• Identification of technical deviations and quality risks

• Formulation of corrective recommendations

• Advisory support to execution teams

• Contribution to meeting quality, safety, and documentation requirements

• Work performed in a highly regulated environment

• 10+ years of experience in heavy industrial field environments

• Technical background in mechanics, boiler‑making, welding, or equivalent

• Experience in nuclear, coal, Oil & Gas, large industrial boilers, or heat exchangers

• Skills in site supervision, blueprint reading, pressure‑equipment assembly/welding, and field quality control

• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, clear communication, and diplomatic assertiveness

• Familiarity with technical documentation, quality procedures, and field reporting

• Professional English required; fluent level preferred
