• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all kitchen and laundry equipment as per PPM schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic faults.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service agents.
• Maintain maintenance logbooks and service records.
• Monitor spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs.
• Support energy and water-saving initiatives.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns.
• Perform other reasonable duties when required.

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in kitchen and/or laundry equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance practices.
• Relevant technical trade certification is required.
• Valid electrical safety certification is mandatory.
• Candidate must currently be holding the same or a directly comparable position being applied for.
• Academic and technical qualifications must align with the position applied for.
• Verifiable and trackable professional references are required to support suitability for the role.
