You will maintain effective communication with the Shift Leader at all times and complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule of the hotel kitchen & laundry equipmentment as specified following all safety procedures while carrying out the tasks. You will be responsible to look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.Your main focus will be maintaining the kitchen & laundry equipments in the hotel.

• Recognised Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have 2 - 3 years operating experience in a similar capacity, preferably with Luxury Brand Experience
• Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
• Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute
• Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
