Summary of the Role:

As a Technician I, Manufacturing Engineering, you will support tool performance validation, sample management, and data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Responsibilities include generating and safeguarding correlation and DM samples, performing measurements, monitoring tool calibration, validating SPC DM charts, assisting engineers, creating data visualizations and reports, and supporting maintenance and tester analysis teams as needed.

Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

• Generation of correlation and DM samples used for tool performance validation and alignment to Master.
• Safekeeping and management of samples used for Head generation.
• Generate reports of summary of data from head generation and other similar activities.
• Ensure calibration of tools and equipment are monitored and updated.
• Check and validate SPC DM chart out of control or OOC.
• Assist engineer on evaluation activities.
• Check and analyze data. Create chart for visualization.
• Support maintenance and tester analysis group when needed.
• Do measurement of samples on tools.

Education and Work Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Technology, Information Technology or a related field of study.
• Atleast 1 year of work experience in the relevant field.
• Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

Skills and Competency Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Possesses basic computer configuration skills.
• Demonstrates experience in handling precision instruments and performing critical mechanical alignment tasks.
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and confidence across all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask effectively and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant and clarifying questions to ensure instructions are accurately understood and executed.
