職務タイトル: テクニシャン (Technician)

概要:

カスタマーフルフィルメントセンター（CFC）にて、ロボット、コンベヤ、エレベーター、ベルトなどのマテハン機器（MHE)を日々メンテナンスし、改善を進めます。エンジニアリングオペレーションチームの一員として、オペレーションのスムーズな進行をサポートします。

役割及び責任:

• CFCにおいて、機械やシステムの状況をモニターし、トラブルに迅速に対応する。

• 計画保全（点検作業、清掃作業など) を定められた手順に従い、安全に実施する。

• ５S活動（整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・しつけ）を実施する。

• 労働安全衛生法や社内の安全衛生のルールに従い、業務を遂行し、必要に応じて安全衛生の担当者とコミュニケーションをとる。

必要な知識、技術及び経験:

• 日本語を話し、読み書きする力は必須。

• 機械、電気及び制御に関する知識・資格（入社後研修制度あり）。

• 安全管理者及び（又は）第２種衛生管理者の資格（あれば尚可）。

• FMCG製造現場での経験（あれば尚可）。

• 現場での問題を分析、解決する知識や経験（あれば尚可）。

• 計画保全・予知保全・故障保全、等の経験（あれば尚可）。

• オートメーションに関するハードウェア・ソフトウェアの経験（あれば尚可）。

• コミュニケーション能力とチームワークが求められる。
