Your responsibilities::
• Support for video conferencing systems and media technology systems for one customer at one location.
• Maintenance, repair work and troubleshooting of media technology systems.
• Independent processing of support tickets with the support of central support.
• Regular communication with our customer’s team in English.
Requirements::
• Successfully completed training as a IT system electronics technician (m/f) or comparable experience
• Knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN switches, routers, etc.)
• Experience in the installation or operation and support of video conferencing solutions and conference technology
• First experience with WebEx, Cisco or Microsoft Teams is a plus
• Independent and conscientious work
• Pragmatic and goal-oriented thinking and strong service orientation
• Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
