The Hapimag Resorts Westerland are located in privileged areas in the main town of the North Sea island of Sylt and comprise a total of 96 holiday apartments spread across 3 locations that are close to each other within the city.

The Hapimag Resorts in Westerland, in privileged locations on the North Sea island of Sylt, are looking for reinforcement for their Facility Management Team. What you can expect
Diverse tasks: You will be responsible for resolving minor repairs and taking on administrative duties.
Coordination & Organization: You will coordinate and accompany external companies, obtain quotes, and maintain contacts. You will also organize important inspections and maintenance of technical systems.
Responsibility: You will ensure the function of all technical systems and participate in on-call duty.
Teamwork: Regular exchange with departments such as Housekeeping and Wellness is also part of your duties, as is carrying out garden and surrounding area work. You will report directly to the Technical Director and/or Resort Management.
What you bring along
Qualification: You have completed a vocational training in a craft, ideally as an electrician, heating and plumbing installer, carpenter, or painter. A master craftsman’s title is an advantage.
Experience: You have experience in the technical field and in building management, preferably in a comparable position.
Personality: You convince with a thorough, reliable working method and high resilience. A warm, hospitable personality and a competent demeanor complete your profile.
