Technician, Crane Service

We are now looking for Field Service Technician who is passionate about working in Field Services role. In this role, you will be responsible for the services and maintenance at site location.

Your key role:

•  Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the field operative.
• The field operative accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
• The field operative cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method,
• Estimate labour hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
• He/She should follow Konecranes safety protocol and should ensure the use of safety PPEs provided by company like safety shoes, safety harness and Etc
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards

Qualification and Experience: Diploma (Electrical) with 3– 5 years’ experience
