Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer / Technical Writer to ensure product and process quality through the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and documentation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements, while translating complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct desktop audits to ensure compliance with international standards

Analyze and improve core business processes and workflows

Develop and maintain SOPs, quality documents, and management system documentation

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client regulatory requirements

Perform risk assessments and evaluate safety and quality compliance

Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions

Prepare audit reports and maintain audit logs

Translate complex technical content into clear, user-friendly documentation

Produce high-quality documentation tailored to target audiences

Support process improvements through development and implementation of new procedures

Track process changes and document progress updates

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Engineering license is preferred)

Proven experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or technical writing

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and auditing processes

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to drive process improvements and influence stakeholders

Proficient in computer systems and relevant tools

Must be willing to report onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, morning shift)
