Must have solid technical writing background
Documentation experience required – capturing current state, making improvements and documenting
Must be strong with process and procedures
Good requirement gathering and process flow and some process improvement
Must take initiative and work well in a team atmosphere
Strong communication skills – must be comfortable interfacing with all levels of management
Excellent computer skills required including Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
