Role: Technical Writer (MadCap Flare)

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain user manuals, HTML help content, and other product documentation.
• Work with MadCap Flare as the primary content management system.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client-side stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Ensure documentation quality, structure, clarity, and consistency across deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in technical writing, ideally in a software or product-centric environment.
• Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare for authoring and content management.
• Strong ability to write clear, structured, user-focused documentation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills—critical for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Background or exposure in healthcare, biology, or genomics (this is a stretch requirement but would be highly valued).

Additional Context

• This role is needed to support ongoing documentation updates for product suite.
• No strict seniority requirement; open to reviewing mid-level or senior talent.
