DEINE MISSION BEI UNS:
Du arbeitest an der ERP-Abrechnungssoftware ENER:GY für Stadtwerke und Energieversorger – in einem fachlich und regulatorisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld. Das Produkt wird aktuell grundlegend transformiert: von einer On-Premise-Lösung hin zu einer modernen SaaS-/Cloud-Plattform. Parallel stellt die Organisation von Wasserfall auf Scrum um. Die Dokumentation wird dabei neu aufgebaut und ist ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor für Produktqualität, Nutzbarkeit und Skalierbarkeit. Du bist im Produktmanagement verankert und arbeitest eng mit mehreren crossfunktionalen Entwicklungsteams:
• Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der User-Dokumentation für unsere ERP-Software im Zuge der Transformation zu einer SaaS-/Cloud-Lösung
• Du übersetzt komplexe fachliche und regulatorische Anforderungen der Energiewirtschaft in verständliche, anwenderzentrierte Inhalte
• Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklern, Product Ownern und Fachexperten in crossfunktionalen Scrum-Teams zusammen
• Du etablierst skalierbare Dokumentationsstrukturen, Standards und Prozesse für ein wachsendes, sich veränderndes Produkt
• Du gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau und die Professionalisierung unseres Dokumentationsteams

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
• Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwaredokumentation (z. B. als Technical Writer oder technischer Redakteur)
• Du kannst komplexe technische und fachliche Inhalte klar, strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht auf Deutsch (mind. C1) formulieren
• Du hast Erfahrung mit User-Dokumentation für Softwareprodukte und verstehst die Perspektive von Anwendern
• Du kennst die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und hast idealerweise bereits in agilen Setups (Scrum) gearbeitet
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Dokumentationstools und kollaborativen Systemen wie z.B. bloXedia, Document360, GitLab, Jira oder Confluence
