We are looking for a Technical Writer to develop and maintain collateral for a high-volume, release-driven documentation portfolio of NVIDIA’s networking products. This role focuses on producing, maintaining and publishing release-critical content (user guides, release notes, and other supporting documentation) across multiple products and release trains.
You will join a team of skilled technical writers who collaborate closely with architects, developers, verification engineers, and product marketing managers to produce user-enabling collateral that allows customers and partners to easily integrate NVIDIA networking technology into third-party systems.
What you'll be doing:
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand products, audiences, and documentation needs
• Write and edit user guides, release notes, and other technical content for developers and end users
• Manage drafts and coordinate technical reviews to drive timely approvals
• Use authoring and publishing tools effectively (e.g., Confluence/CMS, Markdown + Git, documentation generators)
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with NVIDIA standards and style guidelines
What we need to see:
• B.A. or higher in English Language & Literature (other degrees studied in English are also acceptable) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of writing experience in English
• Clear written communication skills
• Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly, simply, and logically
• Fast learner – adaptable to new tools, technologies and workflows, including AI based
• Comfortable collaborating with developers, designers, and product managers
• Reliable, well-organized, and receptive to feedback
• Microsoft Office: WORD, Excel, PowerPoint
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• Familiarity with networking terminology and computers
• Technical writing experience in a computer-related field with an emphasis on developer/engineering documentation
• Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, editing, summarizing, and improving technical documentation
• Experience with Markdown and editing content in GitHub
