Technical Writer – CE Marking Documentation

Are you structured, detail-oriented and enjoy turning technical information into clear and professional documentation?

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and play a key role in producing CE marking compliance documentation. This is a short term project at maximum 9 months.

About the Role:

Our team of engineers and consultants has already done the hard work – defining the technical requirements and compliance framework. Now we need you to bring it all together by building structured, high-quality manuals based on the information already in place.

This is primarily a documentation and administrative role where accuracy, structure and consistency are key.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and produce unique technical manuals based on already defined technical information

• Organize and structure documentation in a clear and consistent format

• Handle administrative tasks related to the documentation process

• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to ensure accuracy

• Manage and maintain documentation files and records

We Are Looking For:

 

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Experience in technical writing or documentation is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documents simultaneously

• Good eye for detail and consistency

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill

Location: Vellinge, Sweden 

Position: Full-time, approx 3-9 months
