We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer with hands-on experience in documenting complex technical systems and a strong understanding of AI-driven products and platforms. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate combines excellent writing skills with the ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI workflows, and translate them into structured, accessible documentation.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:
• Product documentation
• API and SDK documentation
• User guides, manuals, and FAQs
• System architecture and workflow documentation

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and AI/ML teams to understand technical requirements and product functionality.
• Document AI-enabled features, including model behavior, data flows, limitations, assumptions, and ethical considerations where applicable.
• Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content.
• Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and formatting across all documentation.
• Review and update documentation to reflect product updates, releases, and evolving AI capabilities.
• Develop documentation standards, templates, and best practices to improve scalability and quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve documentation usability.
• Support internal teams with technical documentation required for onboarding, training, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in technical writing, documentation structuring, and content lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience documenting:
• Software products
• APIs, microservices, or platforms
• Cloud-based or SaaS applications

• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, such as:
• Machine learning models and pipelines
• Data processing workflows
• AI-powered features and use cases

• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and ask the right technical questions.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Git, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience documenting AI, ML, or data-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-based systems, or AI integrations.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced product development environments.
