This position combines technical understanding with training, operations, and process improvement. You will support structured training initiatives for technical teams while contributing to operational efficiency through data tracking and continuous improvement efforts.

Note: Candidates with valid work authorisation in Singapore are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Training & Capability Development
- Support the development and delivery of structured training programs, including onboarding, certification, and skills development.
- Prepare training materials, guidelines, and assessment standards.
- Ensure consistent and structured delivery of training across teams.
- Gather feedback and assist in improving training effectiveness over time.

Operations Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards using internal systems and data sources.
- Monitor key metrics such as turnaround time, completion rates, and productivity.
- Support analysis of performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.

Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify gaps in workflows and support the implementation of improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency.
