We also provide maintenance and repair services.

The Technical Trainer position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to shape the skills of engineers across our business.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently share their technical expertise and bring complex concepts to life through effective training and support.
Candidates with hands‑on industry experience will be well‑equipped to demonstrate real‑world understanding and deliver high‑quality learning. Experience working across a broad range of lift products will be a strong advantage.
Ideal candidates will be computer literate, experience using Microsoft Office would be useful, but not essential as training will be provided as necessary. Good communication skills, both written and verbal are important attributes, as well as excellent presentation skills are essential to the role.
Working hours will be: 8am to 4.45pm. Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1 pm on a Friday.
Technical Trainer Responsibilities:
• Uphold Health, Safety & Environmental standards, ensuring risk assessments, safe conditions, and compliance.
• Develop and deliver high‑quality technical training while identifying needs and supporting engineers and managers.
• Maintain accurate administration, records, and training materials while coordinating with the admin team.
• Support business improvement and customer service by enhancing training offerings and resolving departmental queries.
• Follow company systems and procedures while maintaining assets, controlling costs, and ensuring a safe, well‑kept environment.

Technical Trainer Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in lift engineering ‘or equivalent’
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar
