Our client is looking for Technical Trainer in Brooklyn, NY and Redwood City, CA.

Position: Technical Trainer

Location: Brooklyn, NY and Redwood City, CA

Duration: Full-Time/Permanent

Salary: DOE

• 5+ years of experience in the SaaS domain
• Functional Knowledge of Procurement/Supply Chain
• Experience learning new technologies and designing presentations
• Identify training needs for employees, partners, and clients
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare the training materials
• Prepare all training materials and keep them current
• Prepare and configure training environments
• Ensure readiness of all course materials and equipment prior to delivery
