What you will do in this role

As a Technical Trainer on our team, you will:

Act as a technical liaison for partners, helping them identify and remove technical blockers throughout the implementation process
Recommend integration and migration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure to enable successful end-to-end solutions on Google Cloud
Own and manage the technical relationship with partners, empowering them to deliver successful pilots and proofs of concept
Represent Google Cloud in client interactions, providing expert guidance and recommending best-fit technical solutions
Collaborate closely with partners during the migration phase to ensure they have the tools, resources, and support needed for successful deployments
Drive partner alignment and customer acceptance of technical proposals, supporting the transition to commercial proposals and eventual contractual agreements

Your qualifications

Are proficient or bilingual in English

- Have 2–4 years of experience serving in a Technical Support or Engineering role in a cloud computing environment, or equivalent practical experience in a customer- or partner-facing role

Possess excellent communication and client management skills
Have experience presenting and delivering technical presentations
Hold the GCP Cloud Digital Leader certification (required)

It would be a plus if you:

Have experience with cloud computing concepts such as Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies
Bring a strong channel management and/or pre-sales background
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Have Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer
Have experience in data and information management related to big data trends and business challenges
Have hands-on experience using and/or managing databases
Are familiar with networking concepts, including routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls
Have experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems
Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new and emerging cloud/IT technologies, methodologies, and solutions
Hold additional cloud certifications (highly valued)
