Role:Technical Test Lead –Test Data Management (Interview on 18th Aug 2017)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
• 4 years of experience in Test Data Management
• 4 years of experience in test planning, test execution analysis & reporting.
• Expertize in Estimations, Develop System/UAT/Regression Test Strategy, create Data Strategy and implement them.
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology along with Waterfall methodology.
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Master Data Management will be a plus.
•Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
