Role: Technical Test Lead - Functional Tester, SQL, ORACLE, and UNIX (Domain Banking Financial services) (Interview on 29th Aug 2017)
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Irvine, CA

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred
• At least 4years of experience in test strategy and test Design
• At least 4years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, leadership skills and ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholder’s environment, People coordination.
• Should have experience in Agile methodology and Knowledge of Quality processes with experience on test management tools like Quality center, JIRA.
• Should have experience on tracking and reporting activities including test results, test case coverage, defect discovered and their status.
• Should have experience working in SQL, ORACLE, and UNIX and understand the financial domain / Capital Markets / Investment Management business requirements.
• Communication and Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
