Job Description

Technical Team Leader / Scrum Master at COSMOTE Global Solutions

As a Technical Team Leader / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading agile software development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members to deliver high-quality software solutions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support development teams through the Agile/Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate communication between product owners, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that might affect the team's productivity and delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile principles and best practices to improve team performance and project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Leads and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical architecture and project goals.
• Track and report on team progress, velocity, and delivery metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of provable experience in leading agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, engaging stakeholders, managing product backlogs and action items, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes in complex IT environments.
• Language knowledge (spoken and written) corresponding to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in English.
