Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Web Development and the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, .NET Core, Azure). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, mentor team members, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality applications. This role requires a blend of technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership• Lead and manage a team of developers working on web-based applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

• Application Development• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

• Project Management• Drive projects through the Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC).
• Apply Agile methodologies for planning, execution, and delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Collaboration & Communication• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise• Strong experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
• Proficiency in Web Development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.

• Leadership & Process• Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Soft Skills• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
