About the Role
The Technical Talent Partner, Engineering – China focuses on end-to-end hiring for China-based technical roles, supporting BJAK’s growing teams in the local market.
This is a hands-on recruiting role. You will spend most of your time sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates. Success is measured by speed, quality of hire, and delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for China-based roles, from role intake and sourcing to offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using China-native and relationship-driven sourcing channels, beyond traditional desktop job boards.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, provide local market insights, and keep hiring decisions moving.
• Screen candidates efficiently for role fit, mindset, and execution capability.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and hiring decisions with speed and clarity.
• Maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS and provide clear pipeline updates to stakeholders.
• Source and hire high-impact talent while building, mentoring, and upskilling junior TA team members as the function scales.
What You Will Need
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, with solid exposure to the China hiring market
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience hiring technical roles (e.g. engineers, data, product, tech functions) is a strong advantage
• Fluent Mandarin; working-level English required
• Comfortable using ATS systems and tracking hiring metrics
• High ownership, urgency, and follow-through
(Industry background is flexible. Candidates with tech recruiting exposure or technical hiring experience will be prioritized.)
