With 17 live roles and increasing demand from industrial automation clients, our client is seeking a proactive, quality-driven Technical Talent Partner to help build a best-in-class candidate pipeline across the United States.
You will work closely with the founder, contributing directly to business growth while developing deep expertise in the high-value US engineering market.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and attract top engineering talent across the US automation and manufacturing sectors
• Build long-term candidate networks within mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines
• Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and shortlisting
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
• Coordinate interviews across time zones
• Deliver a premium candidate experience
• Operate confidently in senior salary markets ($135k–$150k+)
Qualifications and Experience
• 2–4 years’ experience in technical recruitment (engineering-focused, not IT)
• Proven experience sourcing within manufacturing, industrial automation, or mechanical/electrical engineering
• Experience recruiting in the US market essential
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter capability
• Comfortable aligning work schedule with US East Coast hours
• Able to manage high-volume applications without compromising quality
• Professional, resilient and self-managed
• Stable internet connection and personal laptop required
