As a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, your mission at Qonto will be to find, attract, and hire the best tech profiles. Your work will help us create better and faster solutions for our SMB customers.
We are looking for a skilled Tech Recruiter to strengthen our existing TA team. You'll work closely with our hiring managers, candidates, and sometimes recruitment agencies.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Tech Recruiter at Qonto, you will
• Manage the hiring process from beginning to end, collaborating with our tech team to understand their needs and the skills they're looking for.
• Find and attract the perfect candidates for our team.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, giving them a great experience and acting as a trusted coach.
• Build strong relationships with our engineering team, who will be your main stakeholders.
• Use data to make decisions and improve how you recruit. You'll use tools like Tableau to understand and improve your work.

🤝 About your future manager
You will be reporting to Emeline, Senior Lead Talent Acquisition - Tech, Data & Product.
Emeline spearheads tech and procut talent acquisition at Qonto, using her diverse set of experiences and a passion for recruitment and team development.
Emeline began her HR career at Hermès, moving on to Margo where she specialized in hiring engineers in market finance, and now serves as Qonto's Lead Talent Acquisition - Tech, Data & Product. She leverages her wide-ranging experience to recruit top talent, playing a significant role in Qonto's growth. Known for her genuine kindness and enthusiasm, she creates dynamic recruitment strategies and fosters a positive work culture, nurturing talent and enhancing team productivity.
🏅About You
• Experience: You have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Recruitment, specifically focusing on tech profiles. This experience could have been gained in-house or within a recruitment agency.
• Organisational Skills: You are a hands-on professional who can multitask and effectively prioritise daily responsibilities. You are an organised individual who can follow established hiring processes quickly.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: You are a resilient individual who faces challenges head-on. You see obstacles not as barriers but as opportunities for inventive solutions.
• Communication Skills: You have a compelling presentation style, as you will represent Qonto to potential hires. Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong interest in and comprehensive understanding of the technical landscape is key for this role. Your passion for technology should be evident.
• Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English. Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
