Inbox is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to manage and optimize our virtual infrastructure environment. This role will involve administering, designing, and deploying VMware and Hyper-V products while ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of both virtual and physical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing virtual environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining documentation to support continuous operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end IT and network service delivery in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Implement ITIL-based processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, and data center network operations.
• Ensure proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of network issues.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
• Lead critical incident management and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize service downtime.
• Develop preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
• Lead and supervise IT and network support teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery and network operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
