Job Description:
• Provide Level 1 field support and Remote support for servers (SR650 V3).
• Ensure proper installation, replacement, and handling of approved Lenovo FRUs/CRUs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper part return per Lenovo standards.
• Basic hardware diagnostics (visual inspection, POST behavior, indicator LEDs).
• Replacement of approved CRUs/FRUs per Lenovo Field Replacement procedures (c/o Lenovo)
• Basic physical installation and removal of hardware components (c/o Lenovo)
• Follow Lenovo hardware manuals and ESD procedures.
• Ticket updates and service documentation.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 servers
• Schedule: 8x5 Support
• Fully Onsite (San Miguel, Manila)
