Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission:
• You are the first point of contact for our Raith B.V. customers.
• You respond to customer inquiries and reported system-related problems, process them, and coordinate further steps.
• You will perform initial troubleshooting, collect and document the necessary information, and resolve the issue remotely if possible. If this is not possible, you will coordinate further measures with field service enginners, the factory engineers and other specialists. 
• In all measures, you will take into account the scope of the service agreements and keep an eye on the agreed response time. You will track the service order until it is resolved and the customer is satisfied.
• You drive process improvements, share service experiences, and identify structural problems.
• In addition to direct customer support activities, this role also includes other support tasks, such as preparing parts requests, logging service calls/reports, preparing for installation activities, internal reporting, and administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Applied Physics or Chemistry or a comparable qualification 
• Work experience in technical support
• Preferably expertise in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Affinity with Nanotechnology
• Experience with troubleshooting and technical analysis of complex systems
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
