Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Technical Support Coordinator to contribute to our team in Fort Wayne, IN.

In this role, this person provides technical support to the Distribution Center by installing, configuring, moving and troubleshooting PC equipment

Starting Pay: $20.00

Shift:

• Monday - Friday 5:30a-2p

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2 years’ experience in repairing and maintaining PC’s and related equipment
• 1 year work experience in at least one previous job
• 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AS400 systems
• CompTIA A+ certification
• Knowledge of weber printers
• Experience with a ticketing system

Key Responsibilities:

• Installs, moves, and tests all workstation equipment including PCs, Printer, and other peripheral support in the distribution center
• Configures all associate equipment utilized in AS400 systems
• Troubleshoots problems and/or repairs or arranges for repairs with failed equipment
• Sets guidelines for vendors and establishes working relationships with vendor technicians
• Orders parts and supplies for equipment
• Responds to RF equipment failures and configuration issues
• Conducts training with associates on proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Ensures data stream is maintained
• Investigates connectivity issues that affect transmission.
