Role Overview:
Lead the technical vision, architecture, and engineering, including developing and managing a new platform. Ensure scalable design, delivery efficiency, and strong quality/security outcomes across systems, applications, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities::
•

1) Technical Strategy & Vision 
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap.
• Ensure technical direction aligns with company strategic goals and future scalability. 
• Establish a robust, scalable architecture across systems, applications, and data platforms. 

2) Architectural Leadership 
• Lead architecture design across cloud infrastructure, software applications, and data ecosystems for the new platform and related services. 
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies. 
• Develop and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices. 

3) Digital Factory Oversight 
• Establish and lead the Digital Factory operating model to ensure efficient, collaborative development for the new platform. 
• Build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence. 
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment. 

4) Development Leadership 
• Oversee software development activities to ensure quality, performance, and delivery timelines. 
• Manage integration of various components to ensure seamless operation across the platform ecosystem. 
• Resolve complex technical challenges and remove blockers for development teams. 

5) Data Strategy & Management 
• Design and oversee implementation of a robust data architecture supporting the new platform. 
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across systems. 
• Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with relevant national regulations. 

6) Stakeholder Collaboration 
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with government entities/partners/vendors to align technical deliverables with company objectives. 
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

7) Quality Assurance & Security 
• Ensure systems meet high standards of reliability, security, and performance. 
• Conduct audits and implement measures to safeguard sensitive data and infrastructure. 

8) Continuous Improvement 
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements. 
• Refine the technical approach based on feedback and evolving business needs.
