Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in the test development of AI-related products, designing and implementing automated testing solutions;
• Build and maintain test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage;
• Deeply involved in the development and deployment of the Model Customization Platform (MCP), ensuring model quality and stability;
• Conduct systematic testing for MCP, including functional validation, performance evaluation, and stability testing;
• Support the development and deployment of AI Agents, ensuring robustness and intelligence across various scenarios;
• Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends and propose testing optimization strategies aligned with business needs;
• Assist in the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs), contributing to continuous performance improvement;
• Participate in AI application deployment and testing on major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure;
• Proficient in using AI development platforms including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker for model development, testing, and production;
• Configure and utilize GitLab CI for continuous integration and automated testing;
• Apply best practices in branch strategy and have hands-on experience in resolving merge conflicts and other practical development issues;
• Understands the tech strategy and culture, and how they impact own work as well as adjacent teams
• Demonstrate strong development habits and promote a collaborative engineering culture;
• Communicate fluently in English and collaborate effectively across teams and departments to drive task execution.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in test development or related roles;
• · Proficient in Python or Java with solid coding skills;
• Familiar with mainstream testing frameworks such as Pytest and TestNG;
• Hands-on experience with AI projects and understanding of model training and deployment workflows;
• Practical experience with MCP and its testing processes is a strong plus;
• Experience in developing and deploying AI Agents is preferred;
• Experience in LLM deployment and optimization is a plus;
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms;
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker;
• Proficient in GitLab CI and experienced in managing branches and resolving merge conflicts;
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in AI model evaluation, data processing, and performance testing;
• Familiarity with mainstream AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch;
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
