Technical Solutions Engineer – Audio AI & Simulation
At Treble Technologies, we are pioneering the future of sound. Our cutting-edge simulation and audio data platform is transforming audio AI and how sound is incorporated into the design of the physical world. Our customers include many of the world’s leading and most prestigious companies across AI, consumer electronics, pro-audio and the building industry. Together with them, we are improving global well-being and connectivity through better audio intelligence and sound experiences.
Founded in 2020, Treble is a fast-rising, highly ambitious audio technology company that has quickly earned global recognition for its technology and vision. Backed by strong funding and multiple international awards, we have assembled a world-class, international team and are now entering the next phase of our expansion.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving the successful adoption of Treble’s SDK. This is a highly technical, customer-facing pre-sales role operating close to sales, product, and R&D.
About the role:
As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Treble, you will partner closely with our sales team to support prospects and customers throughout the evaluation and ultimate adoption of our platform. You will take ownership of the technical side of deals, from first deep-dive conversations through proof-of-concept work and successful onboarding.
You will work directly with technically sophisticated customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Treble’s SDK and simulation capabilities can deliver measurable improvements in their audio AI systems and audio device products. The role requires strong technical depth combined with a clear understanding of commercial goals.
You will also act as a critical feedback channel into product and R&D, ensuring that customer needs and market signals directly influence the evolution of Treble’s platform.
Your tasks include:
Own the technical evaluation phase of enterprise deals, working closely with sales to drive successful outcomes
Design and deliver compelling technical demos, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept projects using the Treble SDK
Work hands-on with prospects to solve complex problems in audio AI, spatial audio, and acoustic simulation
Help customers integrate Treble’s SDK into existing ML, signal processing, and production workflows
Answer advanced technical questions related to simulation accuracy, performance, scalability, and data quality
Support pricing discussions and value articulation by translating technical capabilities into customer impact
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to translate customer feedback and objections into product improvements
Create reusable technical assets such as demos, example projects, and reference workflows to support sales at scale
Support onboarding and training of newly signed customers
Represent Treble in technical meetings, workshops, and selected industry events
What we are looking for:
Strong technical background in audio signal processing, audio AI, acoustics, simulation or a related field
Hands-on experience with audio ML systems, spatial audio, or multi-channel audio processing
Solid programming skills
Ability to combine deep technical problem solving with a commercial mindset
Comfortable leading technical discussions with senior engineers, researchers, and decision-makers
Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex technical concepts and value propositions
Self-driven, hands-on mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth scaleup environment
Nice to have:
Prior experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or field engineering role
Familiarity with acoustic simulation or synthetic data generation
Experience supporting enterprise AI or developer tools
Background in audio hardware, voice tech, or AI systems
Experience working with long, complex sales cycles
If you enjoy owning the technical side of deals, working closely with advanced customers, and helping turn cutting-edge audio AI technology into real business impact, we would love to hear from you. Even if your experience does not perfectly match every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You may be a great fit for this or other roles at Treble.
What we offer:
Competitive compensation, including stock options
Technically challenging work with direct commercial impact
Collaboration with world-leading companies building next-generation audio systems
A key role in scaling adoption of a category-defining audio AI platform
Highly flexible and family-friendly work environment built on trust and autonomy
Strong team culture with high ambition and collaboration
Competitive benefits and first-class facilities
Comprehensive relocation package
